I am a CYQ Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, combining extensive experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer to offer a range of Personal Training packages.  

 

Want to lose body fat? Want to increase muscle tone? Want to get stronger? Want to run a marathon? Want to do all four?

 

I offer a Personal Training experience tailored to suit your goals, but built on a strong foundation of knowledge and experience, ensuring you get the most from your workouts.

I run group sessions for women in a fun, motivating environment where I will track your progress to ensure you achieve what you want! £60 per person for 4 weeks! 

 

Sessions will take place at Heavy Metal Gym in Ilkley on:

 

 Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am

 

You can also come for a pay as you go trial session if you want to see what it like first!

Individuals or small groups

 

Individuals - Packages

 

I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation to meet in person to discuss your goals, your current training programme and to make a basic assessment of your fitness.

 

Personal Training can be delivered outdoors in a location of your choice, at your home, or at local gyms in Ilkley. 

 

 

Individual or group sessions

 

I offer sessions for individuals or alternatively you can train with a friend (2 people).

 

 

Small group PT sessions 

 

I now also offer small group PT sessions for max 4 people in each group. Enquire for more info.
